Frankly, this page has turned out to be the hardest to write. We have been partners in this business for so long that it is hard to step back and reflect on what makes us so successful, and our customers so satisfied with our service.

It is probably that we have such different personalities and approach problems and solutions from different points of view. We have both lived in Sarasota for over 25 years and have an extremely good grasp of the personalities and features of the communities in the area. In addition, we have a very good working knowledge of current pricing and the pricing trends for the various areas in the community. This familiarity and level of expertise helps our customers with all the questions that arise during the buying/selling process which are so important to a successful transaction.
